Veg Biryani

Ingredients:

2 Cup Basmati Rice
2 Potato (Sliced)
2 Onion (Sliced)
1 Capsicum Finely Sliced
½ Cup French Beans
½ Cup Cauliflower
½ Carrot (Sliced)
100 grms Green Peas
3 Tomatoes
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Caraway Seeds (Zeera)
2 tsp Refined Oil
100 grms Paneer (Indian Cheese)

How to make Vegetable Biryani:

Wash and cut all vegetables. Heat 2 tsp refined in a pan.
Put Caraway Seeds in oil when heated. Add all vegetables in oil except tomato. Add salt to taste. Heat for 8 to 10 mins.
Till vegetables get ready wash the basmati rice well before cooking. Then take rice with 3-3/4 cup water and a little salt added to it. Cook it in pressure cooker or in a pan or microwave.
When all vegetable are finely cooked and red chili powder, Garam masala and stir.
Add tomato now and stir and wait for 3 to 4 mins.
Add Paneer pieces into it.
Add the cooked rice and mix well with all vegetables with very light hands so that the rice grain doesn't break. Cook for about 4 minutes.
Take out vegetable biryani out in a rice serving dish.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it hot.
